1. Agreement to Terms
This platform is owned and managed by Supreme Delta. By accessing or using the Ezrion marketplace ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Marketplace Services
Ezrion provides an online marketplace that allows third-party sellers to offer and sell their products to customers. Ezrion acts as a facilitator and is not the seller of these products. All sales are strictly between the third-party seller and the customer.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
4. Returns and Replacements
We do not offer direct refunds to the original payment method unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. In the event of a damaged product, you may request a replacement or a refund in the form of Store Credit (Ezrion Wallet Balance), which can be used for future purchases. Sellers are charged accordingly for defective items.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ezrion, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
