Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Ezrion. By using our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ezrion platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use Ezrion only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform: (a) in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation; (b) to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material; (c) to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity; (d) to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Product Listings and Orders
Ezrion acts as a marketplace connecting buyers with sellers. While we take steps to verify sellers and products, we do not guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions, images, or specifications provided by third-party sellers. Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on Ezrion are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the payment method provided. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and pin codes.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, product availability, and logistics partner performance. Ezrion is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds
Most products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all accessories and packaging. Some product categories (e.g., perishables, digital downloads, personal care items) are not eligible for return. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method. Please contact support@ezrion.com to initiate a return.
8. Seller Terms
If you register as a seller on Ezrion, you agree to our Seller Agreement, which governs your use of the Seller Portal, your obligations regarding product accuracy, fulfilment timelines, and commission structures. Ezrion reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate our policies.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Ezrion platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Ezrion and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezrion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
