3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with: (a) Sellers — to fulfil your orders (they receive your name, phone, and delivery address); (b) Logistics partners — to arrange delivery; (c) Payment processors (Razorpay) — to process transactions; (d) Email service providers — to send transactional emails; (e) Law enforcement — when required by law or to protect our rights. All third parties are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit) via our cloud infrastructure. We implement access controls, audit logs, and regular security reviews. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Ezrion account.

We use cookies and similar technologies to provide and improve our services, remember your preferences, and analyse how our Platform is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.

Ezrion is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
